It was easy to make an appointment and I got one within a couple of days of my request for a routine service. After a mechanic had a chance to inspect my vehicle, Mike the service manager contacted me and told me that my vehicle service record was up-to-date and that a routine service was all of that I needed except that he suggested that my tires be replaced also at that time because of wear, age, and damage from the sun. He also suggested a less aggressive tire be put on because I was no longer living in the mountains. I agreed and he got me a wonderful set of new tires, and of course that included an alignment, etc. The communication between the service manager and me was extraordinary every step of the way. Mike called me when the vehicle was ready and the checkout process was seamless. Everything I asked to have done was done and I couldn't be happier.
