Had a pesky little problem caused by repair made by a lub shop. Electric Lab did an excellent job finding it and making the proper repair. Since my car is 14 years old and never been in a repair status I had then do a thorough inspection and was given a report of their findings with visual reporting. The repairs I authorized were done to my satisfaction at a reasonable price. Being in the repair business my whole life I found them to be thorough, honest and forthright in doing business. I recommend Electric Lab.

This is the only place to take your car. Im a single older woman. I feel mistreated everytime I have to take my car in for a repair, and then after I pay, later find out the repair didn't work. The people at the electric lab are fabulous! They are extremely thorough inspecting the car. They explain everything. They even give you pictures and videos to show what they found wrong. They explain why the repair is needed. They repair the issue the way its suppose to be done and you get a 3 year warranty on every repair. You might pay a little more, but at the Electric Lab, you get what you pay for and peace of mind. That's priceless. Love these guys.

I set up an appointment for Thursday morning and dropped my car off. None of the work on the car was done until the following Monday. Technician wasnt available for two days and then because they couldn't get dealer pricing. I can deal with that delays happen.I'm not that upset about that. However, when they finally gave me the total price for the repairs, it was way beyond what I was willing to spend. Again, not a problem.It is what it is. My issue is that the diagnostic fee for inspecting my car and telling me what was wrong with it was $495. Now, yes, part of that is my problem, because I didn't ask specifically for a price, but it was never mentioned to me what it would cost to have it done. It was sprung on me when I went to pick up the car. 1. Either verbally or in writing, always inform the customer of the diagnostic cost. 2. $495 is about twice as much as it should have been. It was a little Hyundai Ioniq.

The services provided by the team were exceptional. John made sure to keep in touch even during scheduling to call and notify me when earlier appointments were available. He listened to my concerns and was very informative about all my services that need to be completed in the future. Hadi, who was my shuttle driver was extremely kind and made me feel safe during our drive. Hayden was at the front desk and checked me out and the process was quick and they also printed out the detailed report with pictures which was great. The price is a little high, but for what you get it’s worth it. They also even cleaned my vehicle for me before sending the pictures of the car.

I wholeheartedly trust this place, professionals who arent robots, keeping conversation both true to the matter while being comfortable and inviting. These guys helped me to fix the issues going on with my car and went above and beyond. They had a ride for me to get to work and the gentleman that did give me a ride was awesome and had great conversation to make the drive more fun than boring, wish I had cash to tip him but next time I swing by for a fix, Ill definitely do that. I brought my Chrysler 300c in for an electrical issue after taking it to several other shops that couldn’t figure out the problem. Even though Electric Laboratories’ diagnostic fee is higher than some other places (around $400), it was absolutely worth it. Other shops gave me cheaper quotes, but none of them were able to properly diagnose or fix the issue. From the start, the team was transparent and kept me informed every step of the way. Kyle deem was especially helpful, making sure I stayed updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. They were able to locate the exact problem and fix it correctly, and the turnaround time was quick about 4 days. After dealing with multiple shops and getting nowhere, it was a huge relief to finally have the issue resolved by people who clearly know what they’re doing. If you’re dealing with electrical problems, I wouldn’t recommend going the cheap route. I tried that already and it just wasted time and money. Electric Laboratories does honest, quality work, and they stand behind what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

My experience was very good. The price I was quoted was the price that I paid. I was told it would take until approximately 4 o’clock in the afternoon, at 4 o’clock my phone rang And I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. I had updates on the progress during the day, they were very much appreciated. Good experience I will go back if ever there’s a need.

The most professional, clean, and knowledgeable shop in the region! Electrical can be a nightmare for most shops to diagnose and even more of an issue when it comes to the repair and programming involved for the high tech systems in cars today.
