Had to change out a computer in my truck that isn't made anymore so EL had to find a used one somewhere and reprogram it. It was a wait but they did it. I appreciate them.

Car is running very well. The only complaint is the time it took to get to working on the car. I took it in on Tues afternoon and didn’t get it back to Friday
The quality of service was very good to excellent, as usual. This is a large part of why I don't bother with the nearby Toyota dealer. The irritating part was the gibberish Electric Labs sent to my cell phone.
I had great experience. The job was done right and I’m happy. The cost was reasonable and the customer service was great. Only one concern. I had an appointment at 12:00 pm. I was told on Friday if you com early at 7:30 am on Monday we can get in quick and you’ll be out in about in 45 minutes. I dropped the car at 8:00 am on Monday then I was told it’ll take 4 hours to fix. I got picked up by my sister and left. I called at 12:23 and was told on the phone my car is next and it’ll be ready by 2:30. I got called at 2:12 by the service advisor that my car is ready. The whole job took about 45:00 minutes. But I actually waited 6 hours for it. Thanks.
